Ticket Sales Policy

The ABSOLUT Gay Theatre Festival Dublin is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, by attending the festival you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

The Festival has a strict no refund or exchange policy on all tickets purchased.

The Festival reserves the right to make changes at any time to the content and schedule of the programme without prior notice in the case of any unforeseen circumstances.

The managements of both the Festival and the relevant venues reserve the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.

All credit card ticket purchases are processed by the ABSOLUT Gay Theatre Festival Dublin and will appear as such on your bill.

Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of the Festival or venue staff.

Possession of a ticket does not reserve a specific seat position.  All venues operate a free seating facility.

Patrons enter all theatre venues at their own risk and the Festival accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to the person or their property whilst attending any event associated with the Festival.

An Age Restriction may apply to some festival productions.  When applicable, it will be clearly indicated in the Festival Programme and on the official festival website.

The ABSOLUT Gay Theatre Festival Dublin reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Welcome to the ABSOLUT Gay Theatre Festival Dublin.

We wish you a safe and enjoyable attendance at the many events in the 2010 programme.

Please take a moment to read this notice to enhance your enjoyment of the festival:

PLEASE DO:

  • arrive on time as all venues have free seating
  • take notice of all fire exits
  • turn off all mobile phones and any other equipment with alarms
  • avoid all hazards and any potential hazards within the venues
  • take care of yourself and your belongings to ensure your safe and enjoyable attendance
  • attend more than one event in this year's excellent programme


PLEASE DO NOT

  • smoke inside any of the venues
  • record or photograph any aspect of a performance     without specific permission
  • obstruct or interfere with the smooth and safe running of     each festival event
  • forget to fill in the Audience Response Forms handed     out at the conclusion of each performance
